Flor de Mayo Arts owner and NS/S Board Member Martha Burgess will walk you through the basics of winter gardening in our Southwestern desert environment. Learn the tricks of our Tucson-specific seasonal gardening: soil prepping, planting, attracting native pollinators, composting, mulching and more. Empower yourself to grow your own veggies in your backyard and enjoy Tucson’s incredible year-round growing season!
