How to Proceed
1. Contact Us
We will schedule a time to meet with you on your site to assess the site and discuss your objectives. This meeting is approximately one hour, and allows us to create a system design plan with you which meets your goals within both your water budget and financial budget. To maximize efficient water use, we will also provide recommendations on water conservation strategies applicable to your site. 2. Estimate
TFS will provide a written proposal of cost for the proposed system installation, along with a visual site plan.
3. Contract
Once you have decided on which system option is right for you, you will sign a contract. Upon receipt of this contract and 50% down payment, we will procure materials and schedule your installation.
4. Delivery and Installation
TFS crew coordinates installation dates and times with you. Residential installation is generally completed within a three week period. Upon completion of the system, we will walk you through your new system and provide you with a system manual. Final 50% payment is due at this time. TFS provides a 2 year workmanship guarantee for all rainwater harvesting systems. For residential clients, TFS will provide an invoice that serves as part of your application of the AZ state water conservation tax credit.
