The Water Festival is partnering with the Solar Rock and Cyclovia to bring creative expression to celebrating water in our desert. Located at Armory Park on March 27th, the Water Festival will feature visual and performing arts, speakers, workshops and kids activities from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
