Technicians for Sustainability (TFS) is looking for an individual with a demonstrated commitment to sustainability and the ability to work diligently and autonomously to aid the TFS Finance Manager in completion of necessary bookkeeping, paperwork preparation, and administrative tasks.

Job Description:

  • General bookkeeping tasks, including entering AP and AR invoices

  • Vendor communication and follow-up, as needed for AP invoice processing

  • Customer Communication and follow-up, as needed for AR invoice collection

  • Processing AR payments, documentation and team communication

  • Assisting with financial reports

  • General administrative support as needed to support the TFS teams in delivering on our mission for all stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with a high-level quality of work

  • Ability to work autonomously and diligently on a variety of tasks

  • A commitment to personal responsibility and accountability

  • Computer fluency, including spreadsheets, google suite, and data entry


Compensation: $18-$24/hr DOE - Full-time position, Benefits include flex time/scheduling, health insurance, paid time off, profit sharing, Employee Sustainable Systems program, and a path to co-ownership.
