Caleb hails from Colorado and the Central Plains of Kansas. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Finance, he traveled around before ending up in the electrical trade. Caleb eventually moved to Tucson in 2020 on a whim and has since made it his home, bringing his electrical skills to TFS and the solar industry. When not installing solar, he can often be found out on the loop or hiking around the Catalinas.

Before coming to TFS, Ryan worked in the field of outdoor education where he both practiced and taught leadership in the mountains, canyons, and crags of the western US. Through this experience he developed a love for and sense of stewardship for the natural world combined with a desire to lead with care for those he works with. These desires led him to seek out TFS and their mission of serving the community, the planet and each other.

Jaemin grew up in west Michigan and moved to Arizona in 2015, subsequently falling in love with the Sonoran desert and the community in Tucson. Having spent many years in the field of natural resource management, Jaemin is pleased to continue her work increasing environmental and community resiliency by installing solar in the Tucson area. When she's not up on a roof, she can likely be found somewhere outside, on her motorcycle, or hunting down some live music with friends. 

Co-Owner
Tony is a California native who is happy to call Tucson his home for the past 8 years. He brings with him a strong history in commercial construction. When not working on providing solar power to our communities, Tony enjoys spending time with his 2 rescue dogs, hiking around the local mountain ranges and sport climbing. He also does volunteer trail work and general stewardship for a local nonprofit climbing group as well as volunteering for local youth climbing competitions.
