Bianca Adame
Connectivity Coordinator (she/her)
Bianca grew up on a ranch in southeastern AZ which is what she attributes her strong work ethic and love of outdoors to. In her time off you can find her pouring drinks at the historic Rialto Theatre, cheering on her beloved Philadelphia Eagles, somewhere on her bike or hibernating with a good book!
In her role Bianca supports our customers in troubleshooting and understanding their data monitoring systems, and interfaces with manufacturers for warranty claims.
Bryce Broome
Data Monitoring Analyst (he/him)
Bryce grew up in Cave Creek and lived in the greater Phoenix area while pursuing an education in Urban Planning, Anthropology, and Geographic Information Systems. After completing an AmeriCorps term at Central Arizona Shelter Services, Bryce spent over two years in the Republic of Vanuatu as a Peace Corps Volunteer focusing on environmental and public health.
In his current role Bryce interfaces with customers and manufacturers for higher level troubleshooting and oversees the proactive monitoring of our in-warranty systems.
Aiyana Koch-Martinez
Service and Monitoring Team Coordinator (she/her)
Aiyana grew up in a sustainably-aware, solar-powered household, and after earning her degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona, decided to return to her roots in renewable energy. She holds a particular interest in the intersection between sustainable living and social health, and believes solar is one of many approaches to holistically bettering the Tucson community.
In her role Aiyana oversees the operations of the Service and Monitoring Team and serves as the primary point of contact for customers.
Jon Green
Service Field Technician (he/him)
Jon grew up in the Midwest and was a carpenter when epiphany struck in 1998. Vowing never again to build urban sprawl on fertile farmland, he headed southwest, landed in Tucson and quickly became a desert rat. A lifelong environmentalist, he also worked as a park naturalist, HAZMAT responder, activist & wildlife biologist.
In his role Jon focuses on the troubleshooting, repair, and inspection of inverters and solar modules. You can also sometimes find him on the rooftops installing new systems with our field crews.
Steve Jamilkowski
Service and Monitoring Field Technician (he/him)
Steve grew up in Nebraska, before making home the Sonoran Desert in 2008. With a varied background in residential service work, electrical technician training, and automation work, Steve brings many skills to his work on the Service and Monitoring Team. He and his wife Elizabeth, live with their two dogs, in a house they are lovingly and continuously improving. When not working on the house, they like to get away on hikes in the desert.
In his role Steve focuses on the maintenance, commissioning, and repair of data monitoring and battery storage systems.
Mike Kanne
Service and Monitoring Field Technician (he/him)
At a young age, Mike learned about the connection between people and the land they inhabit. He has a deep respect for the fragile balance required for sustainability and is thrilled to be working with a company that supports his belief in a sustainable future and to be doing work that respects and protects the environment.
In his current role, Mike troubleshoots and repairs solar inverters, battery storage systems, and data monitoring systems. He is also our only specialist in solar hot water systems!
Stephan Leimroth
Senior Technical Lead (he/him)
After working as a soil scientist for several years, Stephan decided to pursue a career as an electrician and a plumber in the solar industry, in which he has now been working for over fifteen years. He enjoys living simply, has lived off the grid, and now lives with PV and solar hot water systems. Stephan has achieved NABCEP certified solar hot water installer and a NABCEP certified PV installer status.
In his role Stephan supports members of the Service and Monitoring Team with his technical knowledge and tackles high level troubleshooting for residential and commercial systems.
